CASA River Cruise – Terms & Conditions

1. Departure

   • The boat will depart on time as scheduled. Guests must arrive early to allow for boarding.

   • Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

2. Refunds & Transfers

   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, non-attendance, or late arrivals.

   • Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. CASA must be notified in advance of any name changes.

3. Photography & Media

   • By attending, you consent to CASA capturing photos, videos, and other media during the event.

   • CASA retains full rights and ownership of all media, which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

4. Health, Safety & Behaviour

   • CASA and the cruise operator reserve the right to remove any guest who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

   • Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

5. Sensory Considerations

   • Please be advised that the event may include loud music, flashing lights, and other sensory stimuli.

   • Guests with sensory sensitivities are encouraged to take appropriate precautions.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Service

   • This is a licensed event. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18+ with valid photo ID.

   • CASA and the cruise operator comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. Service will be refused to intoxicated guests.

   • Guests are expected to drink responsibly. CASA is not liable for any incidents arising from excessive alcohol consumption.

7. Liability

   • CASA and the cruise operator will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
